Machine Feature
- This machine is suitable for multi-color IR ink screen printing on plastic bottles of various shapes, such as round, oval and square.
- Driven by a digital control servo motor for its printing function, the machine can easily achieve 360-degree printing. It is also equipped with remote management and service functions (compliant with Industry 4.0 standards).
- Equipped with electrical components from well-known brands, an easy-to-use touch screen and a PLC control system, the machine delivers stable and reliable performance.
- Adopting a highly customizable modular structure, the machine can be connected in a straight line to form a 1-8 color printing machine.
- The machine comes with a standard configuration of a screen printing and IR curing module. You can optionally connect independent modules such as hot stamping, labeling and quality inspection to form a multi-functional printing machine.
- After the product printing is completed, the products are discharged by a manipulator and arranged in a row into a constant-temperature drying tunnel furnace to achieve complete curing of the ink.
