Machine Features
The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV ink, hot stamping and other decorations on bottles, jars, caps and other shapes of products, which are made of plastic, metal, glass and other materials.
The machine is specially developed for small container printing,with compact structure and small footprint.
The machine adopts an integrated turntable design, all printing functions are completed in the same set of fixture, the printing accuracy is as high as ±0.1mm, and the product won't be scratched.
The machine is driven by digital control servo motor torealize 360-degree printing of products, equipped with remote management and service functions(Industry 4.0).
The machine adopts well-known brand electrical components,PLC control system, easy-to-use touch screen and wireless tablet operation,with reliable performance.
