Machine Application:
The machine SR1522 is specially designed for objects without physical positioning, because optical registration is too costly. With the SR1522 we can print 2 colors without any registration and with very precise positions for color differences or overlaps.
The SR1522 has 15 stations, 2 print heads and 1 screen frame divided into 2 printed images. As the machine rotates, it passes through 2 stations each time, so that after printing the first color from the left screen, it turns around to print the second color in the station under the right screen. The position of the bottle does not change from the first color to the second, but we can set the two colors in the correct position by fixing the position of the pattern on the screen.
SR1522 is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV inks on small round tubes, pens, eyebrow pens, lipsticks, syringes and other products.
SR1522-F Suitable for screen printing various colors of UV inks on square hard tubes.
The machine is designed with integrated turntable, fully functional and easy to operate.
